Neighbourhood guide

About The Peak: the back story

Victoria Peak rises above Central: the Peak Tram climbs to the Peak Tower and Sky Terrace 428, and Lugard Road circles the summit. It is also one of the city’s most sought-after places to live.

The view

Sky Terrace 428 is 428 metres above sea level (thepeak.com.hk).

Living on the Peak

Mount Kellett, Severn Road and Mount Austin Road are among the Peak’s residential roads; see our property guide. We don’t publish prices.

Go on a clear day, or after dark.

Our advice: walk Lugard Road, then take the tram down.
