Argo is the cocktail bar on the first floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, 8 Finance Street. Its cocktails are built around a collection of the world’s more unusual spirits, catalogued in its own Field Guide. It opens Monday to Thursday 5pm–1am and Friday to Saturday 5pm–2am; the dress code is smart casual, and children aged eight and over are welcome (the hotel’s website).
